Issues covered:
1 History of the company
2 Artistic goals and aims of the company
3 Company life and organisation

6 Cultural context in which the company lives in their country eg urban, rural, university
7 Relationship with the National Centre of AITA/IATA and the international work of the company.

The training method of each group (whether they give any kind of workshops or voice training lessons, speech, dance, singing, music, etc. to develop their skills on stage; what is the ratio of rehearsals aimed at creating a performance to that of training members to become much better actors, to enrich their means of expressions on stage).

The panel is not there as experts to judge, criticise or adjudicate the performances, but rather as three theatre professionals who work with amateur theatre, whose role is to facilitate the opening up of discussion and debate.

The colloquia are hosted by Aled Rhys-Jones, Colloquia President (United Kingdom), Istvan Pinczes, Doctor of Liberal Arts, stage director and teacher (Hungary), Doctor of Arts Danute Vaigauskaite, Head of Directing Dept. at University of Klaipeda and former NEATA President (Lithuania).

The 2011 theme is DIALOGUE and our aim are to promote peace through the medium of theatre. The name of the festival is hence Tromsø DIALOG 2011.

We aim to initiate dialouges across borders and to keep the dialogue open: Together for theatre - together for peace!
