On Friday the 15th of July, at the town square Torget in Tromsø, the world’s probably longest running and largest amateur theatre festival will officially open! Kulta, Tromsø’s professional production company for stage and street arts, will put on a theatre parade for all to enjoy and join in with!
There will be a spectacular parade going from Rådstua square and the pavilion, though the town via the Cathedral, and then back to the Culture House. Along the way you’ll meet playful angels, imposing priests, brides ready to marry, and other fantastic creatures!
Participating countries will attend in national costumes and with flags, and everybody is encouraged to take part!
